Tooling Cycle:
If the customer supply the 3D data,the normal tooling cycle is 28 days,that is:
Product Design 4 days
Tooling Structure Design 4 days
CNC Processing 4 days
EDM Processing 5 days
Machine Processing 5 days
Polishing and Precision Processing 4 days
Assembly and Debugging 2 days

Sample Recycle
After 3 days for the tooling test,we offer the T1 sample

Production Recycle
After the sample are confirmed ,we use 5-7 days to prepare the material,then begin the mass production,the daily output is 2500-3000 pcs for one item bar phone whose tooling is only one cave for one part,and 1500-2500pcs for one item flip phone.


Currently,the month output is over 90 sets for the dummy phone tooling ,it is equal 20 styles of dummy phone.There are 8 lines in our assembly workshop and there are 36 seats in per line.If all the lines are working ,the month output will be over 500K pcs.
